Victor is the former CEO of the DEXUS Property Group, a former National President of the Property Council of Australia and the Chairman of South Bank Corporation, a member of Bond University Council, the Chairman of Bond University Business School Board of Advisors, a Director of Sands China Ltd. listed in Hong Kong and a Director of the Property Industry Foundation.

Victor, who retired in 2012, has over 40 years international experience in property and finance including over 8 years at Westfield where he was the Director of Funds Management with responsibility for managing Australia’s two largest property trusts: The Westfield Trust and Westfield America Trust.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
