Sam Kroeger
Sam joined Stockwell in 1995 as the Administration & Finance Manager. In this role he was responsible for the set up and operation of the financial and management systems for Stockwell.
Sam then managed the Retail Property Management division. This included retail and commercial leasing, day-to-day management and strategic management of the property assets within the Stockwell Group and properties owned by external parties. In recent years, Sam has been instrumental in expanding the Design & Construction capability at Stockwell.
In addition to providing ongoing assistance to the Management Team with the delivery of projects, Sam also sits as a member of Stockwell’s Design & Construction committee.
Sam's previous experience includes 18 years in the finance sector and eight years with ADCO Constructions Pty Ltd in Sydney as Administration & Finance Manager NSW and Victoria.
Sam's wealth of experience in both the finance and property sectors makes him an integral part of the management team. Sam has a Diploma of Business and Accounting.
