Michael Kelso

Michael was an owner and Director of Stockwell until 2021, and now acts as an External Member on both the Investment Committee for Stockwell Property Funds and the Design & Construction Committee. During his time at Stockwell, he was instrumental in driving the design and construction and leisure management businesses.

Prior to Stockwell, Michael was Finance Director of ADCO, a major national construction company.

From 1998 to 2001 Michael ran Stockwell’s leisure management arm working with Macquarie Bank to manage properties such as Dreamworld and the D’Albora Marinas.

During this time, Michael oversaw the introduction of rides such as The Giant Drop and was instrumental in identifying the location for the first Australian Big Brother television series.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Queensland. He is a Certified Practising Accountant and holds a Real Estate Licence.
