Julianne Thannhauser

Head of Retail and Marketing

Julianne joined Stockwell in 2018 as Marketing Manager and delivers marketing for Stockwell, its business units and projects.  Julianne joined the management team as General Manager - Marketing in 2020. Julianne was appointed Head of Retail and Marketing in 2024.

Julianne’s 30 year career in property commenced as a Marketing Graduate with Lendlease Retail in 1994 at its Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore redevelopment.  This was the start of two chapters at Lendlease, the first (1994-99) culminated in the Bluewater retail development in Kent, UK and the second heading up marketing and communications for Lendlease Urban Regeneration (Residential, Retail, Commercial, Place) in Australia (2013-15).

The in-between years were spent with Mirvac (2000-2013) in Queensland-based and national sales, marketing, and customer care roles predominantly in residential (apartments, house and land and land only) but also in retail and commercial.

Julianne holds a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
