Stanford & Oxford, 11 Peter Doherty Street, Dutton Park: Consisting of two boutique buildings of 82 apartments, S&O is currently nearing completion with residents moving in this year.
Croft & Cremorne, 51 Fish Lane, South Brisbane: A twin tower project of 124 apartments, plus the dedicated ‘Green Room’ residents' facilities, Croft & Cremorne is powering ahead with completion due in 2024.
Hof Noosaville, Hofmann Drive Noosaville: Made up of 90 apartments across three low set buildings surrounding a common landscaped area with residents’ facilities, Hof is now under construction.
Bankside, Kurilpa Street, West End: A boutique development of 78 apartments, plus rooftop residents' facilities, located in West End’s peninsula ballet precinct is set to commence construction later this year.
Solana Lifestyle Resorts
As part of our ongoing effort to offer a rewarding lifestyle for those over 50, we're excited to share the latest progress on our Solana Lifestyle Resorts, designed to provide a vibrant and fulfilling living experience.
Solana 1770-Agnes Water, 13 Watermark Avenue, Agnes Water: A master-planned community set on the Discovery Coast featuring new two and three-bedroom homes and the resort’s centrepiece Livewell Centre, is currently under construction and set to welcome its first residents in 2023.
Solana Hervey Bay, Main Street, Nikenbah: Set on the Fraser Coast, the resort is now under construction and set to welcome its first residents in 2024.
Solana Northern Beaches-Mackay, Rosewood Drive, Rural View: A new style of living for the Coral Sea Coast community the resort is now selling with sales office and display home now open.
Retail
In line with our vision of creating community hubs, we are thrilled to bring you the latest updates on our retail developments, each uniquely curated to serve as a one-stop destination for shopping, services, and more.
Northern Beaches Central Showroom Precinct: The third stage of the showroom precinct includes a brand new early learning centre, that has recently completed construction and is set to welcome its first families this October.
Boggo Road Village: With two levels of retail and commercial, including an IGA Supermarket, 14 specialty stores and 9 commercial/medical suites, construction is set to commence this year.
Noosa Civic medihub: Two levels of health and allied health suites, with confirmed tenants: Icon Cancer Centre, Sunshine Coast Radiology, Noosa Civic Family Practice and Pathology. Under construction and set to open in 2024.
Flagstone Central Expansion: A new ALDI supermarket will join Flagstone Central’s existing retailers including Woolworths, 31 specialty shops and professional suites, a fuel station and Splash Learn to Swim school. Under construction and set to open in 2024.
Bargara Central Expansion: The new Bargara Tavern will further cement Bargara Central as the area’s local hub for services, retail and entertainment. Under construction and set to open in early 2024.
