Stockwell was established in 1952 by Bill and Necia Stockwell, alongside Tom and Norma Rumley, with a focus on construction. Since its early beginnings, Stockwell has grown into a leading Queensland developer and is involved with many great Queensland communities ranging from residential, leisure and retail to commercial developments.
Stockwell continues to be a family owned and operated business with years of cross-generational experience. Passionate about providing clients with the best possible service available and adopting a team lead approach to each project.
Our design and construction team is among the most experienced in the industry. Our team includes architects, engineers, interior designers, project managers and skilled craftsmen who work together to ensure that every aspect of the project is executed correctly from start to finish.
In addition, Stockwell has established a Construction Committee to continue the company’s strong corporate governance framework. Each member of the Committee has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in property development, construction, property investment, funds management and property management.
One of the unique advantages of Stockwell is the internal structure and expertise that allows us to deliver a full range of services from design and construction to ongoing property management. Post construction, the Stockwell Living team provide on-site management services to our residential complexes, which preserve and increase asset values through caretaking and facility management. Stockwell Living also sources and manage quality tenants for our investors, manage any maintenance requirements for your apartment, as well as provide resale services.
