Bargara Central - Stockwell Leasing Focus
Bargara Central is the local shopping centre for the Bargara area and Stockwell has been there the entire time as the original developer, owner and continued manager of Bargara Central.
The centre opened in 1997, and has been an important part of the community for all their groceries, services and social needs. In 2016, Bargara Central went through a redevelopment with the centre welcoming ALDI, three additional speciality shops and an expansion to Woolworths.
Stockwell is now looking to expand the centre again in response to the needs of the growing permanent and tourist population of Bargara. This new expansion, slated to commence construction in early 2021, will see Stockwell deliver a modern, sub-tropical designed tavern with sports bar, bistro and beer garden as well as a drive-through liquor barn.
Bargara Central has always enjoyed the community’s support and Stockwell looks forward to delivering a fantastic entertainment venue that will add to the centre’s existing appeal and continue its focus as the hub of the coral coast community.
